Personal data

In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), DAJAR protects the personal data of customers obtained during the Store's operations.

In the privacy policy, we inform the Customer:

  • Who is the data controller
  • What data is processed
  • For what purpose and on what basis the data is processed
  • How long the data will be stored
  • What rights our customers have as data subjects
  • To whom we share the data

The personal data controller is DAJAR Sp. z o.o. located in 75-072 Koszalin, ul. Połtawska 6. The designated contact for the Data Protection Officer is the email address [email protected]. This is the person to contact for all matters related to personal data processing and the exercise of rights related to processing.

We process personal data provided by customers during the account registration process in the online store or when placing an order. This includes name, surname, address, delivery address, phone, email address. We also process data collected during activity on the site using Google Analytics and Google Ads.

We may process data entrusted to us when placing an order for the purpose of its execution (Art. 6 p.1b GDPR), we do not need customer consent for such processing. Such data may be used to conduct marketing and promotion of our own goods and services (Art. 6 p.1f GDPR). We process data of customers who registered but did not place an order, as well as those who have decided to subscribe to our newsletter on the basis of granted consent (Art. 6 p.1a GDPR). Consent to data processing can be withdrawn at any time.

We process data as long as the basis for processing exists. In the case of consent, it is until the customer withdraws consent. When it is data necessary to execute the contract (sales transaction), it is the time required by state authorities for the storage of accounting documents. In the case where the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller, until objection is raised.

In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) each of our Customers has the right to:

  • Access their personal data
  • Request data rectification
  • Delete data
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Submit a complaint to the supervisory authority, in case personal data processing violates regulations

Data may be shared with other entities for purposes:

  • Related to the purchase process (courier companies operating under postal law and other entities involved in order execution, with whom DAJAR has concluded appropriate data processing agreements)

Personal data processed by the online store patio.garden are not shared with other entities for marketing purposes.
